Advance Detail Joinery was established in 1981 and is a family owned and run business. It started from humble beginnings, being a large supplier of timber architraves and skirtings, and selling internal doors and jambs. As time moved on, more emphasis was placed on the true passion of founders Joe and Vincenzo in cabinetmaking and joinery, and they went on to carry out the fit-out of many commercial offices and kitchens in the Canberra region. Joe and Vincenzo built a great relationship with local builders through hard work and the ability to get the job done right. The same attitude and determination has been passed onto their sons, Pat and Dom, who now run the business.
Over 34 years Advance Detail Joinery has won and been recognised for its work through the MBA and HIA. Being recognised by the industry is highly valued but Pat and Dom believe satisfaction and feedback from clients is important. Working with repeat clients on a regular basis gives them the confidence that their work and skills speak for itself.
Dom and Pat have a dedicated team who always aim to improve their skills to deliver high quality products. Advance Detail Joinery is committed to employing new apprentices to sustain the trade for the future, and supports local tradespeople and suppliers as much as possible in their projects as they strongly believe that keeping the work locally can only benefit the community.
